One of the most pleasant sights in Wetland Park must be the blooms of Water-lily in the Freshwater Marshes. Water-lily has floating leaves connected to the underwater rhizome with soft, cable-like petioles. There is an indentation at the edge of the leaves. Flowers of Water-lily open at daytime and close at dusk.
