Great Blue Spotted Mudskipper
Boleophthalmus pectinirostris

At low tide, Great Blue Spotted Mudskipper searches for food such as algae and debris on mudflat. There are two species of mudskippers along the Mangrove Boardwalk in Wetland Park: Great Blue Spotted Mudskipper and Shuttles Hoppfish (Periophthalmus modestus). Great Blue Spotted Mudskipper is larger in size with distinctive blue spots on its body.
