Blue Tiger is a common butterfly species in Hong Kong with irregular pale blue patches on its wings. It is a large-sized Danainae and the larval food plant is Twisting Dregea which is a poisonous plant. Males have a pouch on the ventral side of hindwings to attract females by giving off scent.
