Marine Parks Exhibition Panels Lending Service

AFCD has produced a set of exhibition panels (About 180cm x 80cm each, 4 panels in total) on the information of marine parks. Schools and non-profit organisations can apply for borrowing these exhibition panels for display, so as to enhance the public understanding on marine parks ecology and marine conservation.

For applying the service, please send an email to marineparks@afcd.gov.hk , and provide the following details (1) School / Organization name; (2) Surname of person-in-charge; (3) Email address; (4) School / Organization address; (5) Office phone number; (6) Mobile phone number; (7) Borrowing date; (8) Returning date; and (9) Exhibition / Event name (If applicable). We will send you a confirmation email once we processed your application. (* Please note the longest lending period for the panels is two weeks only.)

Terms of condition
1. Schools and non-profit organisations are welcome to borrow the exhibition panels without charges
2. This service is limited to non-profit making proposes only
3. Applicant should return the exhibition panels on or before the approved returning date
4. Applicant should collect the exhibition panels from our Tsuen Wan office in person and return them in good condition. Please bring your own trolley if needed
5. Please handle the exhibition panels with care during delivery and use
6. Application is processed on first-come-first-served basis
