An applicant has to complete the above application form and send it together with the required supporting documents through email: sfdf@afcd.gov.hk or by post (Guidance on posting) to:

For SFDF application related to the application of new Marine Fish Culture Licence (MFCL), an applicant shall submit the application form (applicable only for applying for new Marine Fish Culture Licences), together with the application form for new MFCL and required supporting documents, by 16 December 2024, through either of the below means:

  1. Email to fish_lic_enf@afcd.gov.hk;
  2. By post to Fisheries Enforcement and Special Projects Division, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, 8/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon [Application for New Marine Fish Culture Licence] (the stamped date will be taken as the date of application);
  3. Put in the drop-in box placed at the ground floor of Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices during 9am - 5pm on Monday to Friday.

 

Processing of an application with all necessary information provided would be completed within 6 months. However, a longer time may be required should there be many applications or the applications involve issues that require more time to consider.
