Leasing of Facilities in Wholesale Food Markets of

 

Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department

 

(As at 10th March 2025)

 

The following ancillary facilities and parking spaces are available for lease   

 

A.     North District Temporary Wholesale Market for Agricultural Products

        Address:  On Kui Street, On Lok Tsuen, Fanling, New Territories

        (a)   Stall

Core business: Wholesale of fresh vegetables

Side business: Wholesale of pickled or dried vegetable, fruit (fresh, pickled or dried), eggs, nuts, rice, noodles, prepackaged cooking oil/ salt/ sugar/ sauce/seasoning/ready to eat food products, canned foods and drinks (not including alcoholic beverages)

    (b)    Parking spaces: 14 parking spaces are now available for rent to market users or related.

Closing Date：24th March 2025

 

         Eligibility criteria: The applicant should engage or plan to engage in the wholesale business relating to the trade with which the market stall is associated.

#      As the above trade offices and other facilities cannot be leased out in the last leasing exercise (that is 16th December 2024), the “first-come-first-served” method will be adopted to allocate them in this leasing exercise.
