Submission of Tender:

(For Paper-based Tendering) Tenders in FIVE SETS must be sealed and clearly marked with the tender reference, the subject of the tender and the tender closing date on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman of the Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department (GLD) and must be deposited in the GLD Tender Box situated at the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on 14 February 2025 (Friday).  Late tenders or tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted.

 

(For Electronic Tendering) Transmission of a tender through the ETB shall be successfully completed in accordance with the requirement of the ETB before the Tender Closing. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Remarks:

The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept the tender with the highest overall score or any tender, and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.

This tender is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organisation.
