2. 请注意1月、3月、5月、10月及11月为较多学校到访的月份，敬请尽早预约。
   Please note that January, March, May, October and November are the peak seasons of school visits. You are advised to register as early as possible.
3. 填写此表格前，请详阅资源套的《教师手册》。请于参观日期前最少两星期填妥此表格，本公园将于收到登记表格后7个工作天内以电邮方式确定有关登记。
   Please read the "Teacher's Guide" of the Resource Package and submit the application at least 2 weeks prior to the date of visit. The registrant will receive a confirmation via email within 7 working days upon registration.
4. 填写此表格须 上载学校 / 团体印鉴（只接受图档格式JPEG或PNG） 以完成申请程序。
   Please note that applicant is required to upload the School / Organisation Chop (Only JPEG or PNG file is accepted) in order to complete the registration.
5. 此登记表格仅适用于在香港湿地公园使用《湿地游踪》资源套的幼稚园，任何预约导赏及教育活动均不会享有此优惠。
   The registration form is applicable to kindergartens using the "Wetland Footprints" Resource Package at HKWP only. It is not applicable for the participants of pre-registered guided tours and educational activities.
6. 填写此表格已同时预留门票，登记人无需另外申请。参加者须于参观当天缴付香港湿地公园入场费。有关香港湿地公园的门票收费请参阅网站：https://www.wetlandpark.gov.hk/tc/information/ticketing
   Admission tickets will be reserved automatically by submitting this application. Participants’ admission fee to HKWP is required on the date of visit. For more ticketing information, please refer to the website: https://www.wetlandpark.gov.hk/en/information/ticketing
7. 于活动当日登记人须携同确认回函，入场后亲身到达香港湿地公园访客中心询问处领取幼儿活动册及/或已选定之教具。
   The registrant is required to bring along the confirmation email on the activity date, and collect the children activity handbooks and/or teaching aids at the Information Counter of HKWP in person.
8. 此登记并不包括场地借用，学校将与其他访客共用场地。
   The offer does not include venue booking. Schools have to share the venue with other visitors.
   
9. 若登记人未能于登记表上所填写的日期领取相关物资，即视为放弃领取。
   Registrants must redeem the materials on the date given on this form.

11. 香港湿地公园将保留一切有关之最终决定权利。
    In the event of disputes arising from the offer, the decision of HKWP shall be final.

1. 申请人所提供的资料，只供申请此服务之用。根据个人资料（私隐）条例，你有权要求查阅及更正所提供的个人资料。如你欲查阅或更正个人资料，或不希望收取本公园以电邮发出的资讯，你可随时电邮至 education@wetlandpark.gov.hk 与香港湿地公园学校分组联络。 
   The personal data provided by means of this form will be used solely for this service. The applicant has the right to request access to and correct his/her own personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, you can notify the School Programme Unit, Hong Kong Wetland Park anytime by emailing to education@wetlandpark.gov.hk .
2. 个人资料的提供纯属自愿。如申请人不提供充分的资料，本公园未必能够处理你的申请。
   The provision of personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide sufficient information, Hong Kong Wetland Park may not be able to process your application.
