Mondays, Wednesdays to Sundays: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
(Ticket selling: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm)
Tuesdays (except Public Holidays): Closed.
- 4. Hong Kong Wetland Park reserves the rights to approve/reject any application.
- All bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no guarantee of immediate access. The contact person will be notified of the application result by email or fax within 3 working days after receipt of the application form.
- Successful applicants should bring the confirmation letter to the Park Ticket Office on the day of admission to collect tickets and pay. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to "the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region"), Octopus or EPS. If the applicant does not pick up the ticket on time after booking without prior notice, the chance of success of the application will be affected.
- The approval of the application is subject to the applicant's full compliance with the above conditions. If the applicant fails to comply with the above requirements or provides false information, the Park reserves the right to cancel the previous approval without prior notice. The Park has the absolute right to decide on each application.
- Visitors are required to arrange their own transportation to and from Hong Kong Wetland Park. Free parking is available in the park on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors should use public transport to get to the Hong Kong Wetland Park.
- Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions.
1 Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above: The HKWP will be closed. It will be reopened 2 hours after the signal is lowered. The HKWP will remain closed for the day if the signal remains hoisted at 2 pm.
2 Black Rainstorm Warning:
2.1 If the warning is issued before the opening hour, the HKWP will be closed. It will be reopened 2 hours after the warning is cancelled. The HKWP will remain closed for the day if the warning remains hoisted at 2 pm.
2.2 If the warning is issued during the opening hours, the Visitor Centre will remain open until closing hour or the condition is safe for visitors to leave the Park.
3 If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the HKWP opening hours, the Visitor Centre will remain open but the Wetland Reserve will be closed temporarily. All education activities and guided tours at the Wetland Reserve will be cancelled while other indoor activities will continue. The Wetland Reserve will be reopened after the Warning is lowered.
4 Electronic ticket (single-entry) is valid only on the selected date of visit. If Hong Kong Wetland Park is closed on the selected date of visit due to inclement weather, the validity of the electronic ticket purchased online will be extended for 30 days from the originally selected day of visit. Please bring your original confirmation email to the Ticket Office on the actual day of visit for admission arrangement.
Personal Data Collection Statement
The Personal data collected in this application form will only be used for processing the application and internal statistics. Applications could request for access to and correction of their personal data provided in the application form in accordance with Section 18, 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The submission of personal data is voluntary. However, insufficient personal data may prevent the Park to process your application.
