注意事项  Notes to Applicants

1. 「香港湿地公园义工计划」(「本计划」) 适合对自然保育工作感兴趣及年龄8岁或以上的人士参加。未满12岁小童须由家长或监护人陪同参加。陪同的家长或监护人亦必须是本计划的义工。
Any person aged 8 or above and interested in nature conservation is eligible to join the "Hong Kong Wetland Park Volunteer Scheme" (the Scheme). Applicant aged under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and the accompanying parent or guardian should be a volunteer of the Scheme.

2. 申请者须为持有香港身份证的本港居民。
Applicant should be a holder of valid Hong Kong permanent Identity Card.

3. 未年满18岁的申请人 (即年龄介乎8至17岁)，必须获得家长或监护人同意，方可参加本计划。
Applicants aged under 18 (i.e. age between 8 and 17) shall obtain consent from his/her parents/guardians.

4. 申请人必须参加为期一天的「新义工简介会」，并于限定时间内完成「12小时义工体验」，方能成为合资格义工。
Applicants are required to attend a 1-day "Briefing Session for New Volunteers" and complete the "12-hour Volunteer Experience Session" within a designated period of time to become a qualified Volunteer of the Hong Kong Wetland Park (HKWP).

5. 合资格义工须每年进行个人义工申请更新。未能成功更新申请的人士，香港湿地公园 (「本公园」) 将自动停止向该人士发出义工通讯。
Annual renewal is required for qualified volunteers. Volunteers failing to complete the renewal will no longer be able to receive any updates of the Scheme from HKWP.

6. 本公园将于收到表格后七个工作天内以电邮联络申请人。如届时仍未收到任何通知，请电邮至volunteer@wetlandpark.gov.hk 或致电2617-5175与本公园的义工分组联络。
HKWP will contact the applicant by email within 7 working days upon receiving the application. If the applicant does not receive any notification, please contact Volunteer Unit of the HKWP by email at volunteer@wetlandpark.gov.hk or by phone at 2617-5175.

7. 申请人须填妥报名表格各栏位，并提供正确资料。如申请人未能提供足够资料，或提供的资料不完整，有关申请将不获受理。
Please ensure that all parts of this application form are completed and the information is accurate. The application will not be considered if applicant fails to provide all information as requested.

8. 本计划属义务工作性质，本公园并不提供任何形式的津贴。
The Scheme is a voluntary programme and no subsidy will be provided to volunteers.

9. 本公园保留所有有关此计划的最终决定权。
HKWP reserves all rights regarding this Scheme

个人资料（私隐）收集声明  Personal Data Collection Statement

1. 申请人所提供的资料，只供用于义工申请的处理及审批、联络及其他与本公园相关的训练/活动之用。根据个人资料（私隐）条例，你有权要求查阅及更正所提供的个人资料。如你欲查阅或更正个人资料，或不希望收取本公园以电邮发出的资讯，你可随时电邮至 volunteer@wetlandpark.gov.hk 与香港湿地公园义工分组联络。 
The personal data provided by means of this form will be used solely for application processing and registration, contact and other relevant training and activities organised by Hong Kong Wetland Park. The applicant has the right to request access to and correct his/her own personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, or if you prefer not to receive any emails of information about Hong Kong Wetland Park, you can notify the Volunteer Unit, Hong Kong Wetland Park anytime by emailing to volunteer@wetlandpark.gov.hk .

2. 个人资料的提供纯属自愿。如果你不提供充分的资料，本公园未必能够处理你的申请。
The provision of personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide sufficient information, Hong Kong Wetland Park may not be able to process your application.

本人为申请人的父母／监护人，已阅读由申请人填妥的报名表格，并同意让他／她参与此义工计划。 I am the parent/guardian of the applicant. I have read this application form and agreed the applicant to participate in the Hong Kong Wetland Park Volunteer Scheme.
