The bunch of flowers of Pink Powder Puff is like a ball of red cotton wool which could reach 8 cm in diameter. The “red cotton wool” is in fact stamens of many small flowers. Although the petals of Pink Powder Puff are degenerated, the red and attractive stamens can already attract pollinators.
