注意事項 Notes to Applicants

1. 「香港濕地公園義工計劃」(「本計劃」) 適合對自然保育工作感興趣及年齡8歲或以上的人士參加。未滿12歲小童須由家長或監護人陪同參加。陪同的家長或監護人亦必須是本計劃的義工。
Any person aged 8 or above and interested in nature conservation is eligible to join the "Hong Kong Wetland Park Volunteer Scheme" (the Scheme). Applicant aged under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and the accompanying parent or guardian should be a volunteer of the Scheme.

2. 申請者須為持有香港身份證的本港居民。
Applicant should be a holder of valid Hong Kong permanent Identity Card.

3. 未年滿18歲的申請人 (即年齡介乎8至17歲)，必須獲得家長或監護人同意，方可參加本計劃。
Applicants aged under 18 (i.e. age between 8 and 17) shall obtain consent from his/her parents/guardians.

4. 申請人必須參加為期一天的「新義工簡介會」，並於限定時間內完成「12小時義工體驗」，方能成為合資格義工。
Applicants are required to attend a 1-day "Briefing Session for New Volunteers" and complete the "12-hour Volunteer Experience Session" within a designated period of time to become a qualified Volunteer of the Hong Kong Wetland Park (HKWP).

5. 合資格義工須每年進行個人義工申請更新。未能成功更新申請的人士，香港濕地公園 (「本公園」) 將自動停止向該人士發出義工通訊。
Annual renewal is required for qualified volunteers. Volunteers failing to complete the renewal will no longer be able to receive any updates of the Scheme from HKWP.

6. 本公園將於收到表格後七個工作天內以電郵聯絡申請人。如屆時仍未收到任何通知，請電郵至volunteer@wetlandpark.gov.hk 或致電2617-5175與本公園的義工分組聯絡。
HKWP will contact the applicant by email within 7 working days upon receiving the application. If the applicant does not receive any notification, please contact Volunteer Unit of the HKWP by email at volunteer@wetlandpark.gov.hk or by phone at 2617-5175.

7. 申請人須填妥報名表格各欄位，並提供正確資料。如申請人未能提供足夠資料，或提供的資料不完整，有關申請將不獲受理。
Please ensure that all parts of this application form are completed and the information is accurate. The application will not be considered if applicant fails to provide all information as requested.

8. 本計劃屬義務工作性質，本公園並不提供任何形式的津貼。
The Scheme is a voluntary programme and no subsidy will be provided to volunteers.

9. 本公園保留所有有關此計劃的最終決定權。
HKWP reserves all rights regarding this Scheme

1. 申請人所提供的資料，只供用於義工申請的處理及審批、聯絡及其他與本公園相關的訓練/活動之用。根據個人資料（私隱）條例，你有權要求查閱及更正所提供的個人資料。如你欲查閱或更正個人資料，或不希望收取本公園以電郵發出的資訊，你可隨時電郵至 volunteer@wetlandpark.gov.hk 與香港濕地公園義工分組聯絡。
The personal data provided by means of this form will be used solely for application processing and registration, contact and other relevant training and activities organised by Hong Kong Wetland Park. The applicant has the right to request access to and correct his/her own personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, or if you prefer not to receive any emails of information about Hong Kong Wetland Park, you can notify the Volunteer Unit, Hong Kong Wetland Park anytime by emailing to volunteer@wetlandpark.gov.hk .
