Common Palmfly is a butterfly which can be seen in early spring.Unlike other members in the subfamily Satyrinae, Common Palmfly has a triangular costal patch in its forewings and a white spot in the middle of its hindwings. Its larvae feed on Dwarf Date Palm (Phoenix roebelenii).
