World Wetlands Day 2026
Special Activity
To celebrate the annual World Wetlands Day, the Hong Kong Wetland Park will organise a special activity "The Black-faced Spoonbills are over there!" on 1 February 2026. Participants only need to identify suitable habitats for the Black-faced Spoonbill in the Wetland Reserve and take photos with a mini-prop to record them, in order to get a souvenir. Through this simple and fun activity, participants can learn about the close relationship between wetlands and birds, as well as the importance of protecting wetlands.
