1. 请于活动日前最少7个工作天递交申请。
   Please submit your application at least 7 working days prior to the date of visit. 
2. 此登记表格仅适用于自行参观湿地公园的学校，任何预约导赏及教育活动均不会享有此优惠。
   The offer is for schools arranging self-paced visits at HKWP only. It is not applicable for the participants of pre-registered guided tours and educational activities.
3. 填写此表格须上载学校印鉴 （只接受图档格式PNG） 完成申请程序。
   Please note that the applicant is required to upload the School Chop (Only PNG file is accepted) in order to complete the registration.
4. 登记人须携同确认回函，入场后亲身到达香港湿地公园访客中心询问处领取已选定之纪念品及/ 或教具。
   The registrant is required to bring along the confirmation slip, and redeem the souvenirs and/or teaching aids at the Information Counter of Hong Kong Wetland Park (HKWP) in person.
5. 若登记人未能于登记表上所填写的日期及时间领取相关物资，即视为放弃领取。
   Registrants must redeem the materials on the date and time given on this form.
6. 所有教具内容之版权属香港湿地公园所有，任何人士不得复制作商业用途。
   The copyright of the teaching aids is reserved by HKWP. Duplication of the materials for commercial use is not allowed.
7. 填写此表格已同时预留门票，登记人无需另外申请。参加者须于参观当天缴付香港湿地公园入场费。有关香港湿地公园的门票收费请参阅网站：https://www.wetlandpark.gov.hk/tc/information/ticketing
   Admission tickets will be reserved automatically by submitting this application. Participants’ admission fee to HKWP is required on the date of visit. For more ticketing information, please refer to the website: https://www.wetlandpark.gov.hk/en/information/ticketing
8. 香港湿地公园将保留一切有关之最终决定权利。
   In the event of disputes arising from the offer, the decision of HKWP shall be final.
9. 活动内容如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。
   Activity content may be adjusted without prior notice.

1. 申请人所提供的资料，只供申请此服务之用。根据个人资料（私隐）条例，申请人有权要求查阅及更正所提供的个人资料。如欲查阅或更正个人资料，你可随时电邮至 education@wetlandpark.gov.hk 与香港湿地公园学校节目分组聯络。
   The personal data provided by means of this form will be used solely for this service. The applicant has the right to request access to and correct his/ her own personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, you can notify the School Programme Unit, Hong Kong Wetland Park anytime by emailing to education@wetlandpark.gov.hk.
2. 个人资料的提供纯属自愿。如申请人不提供充分的资料，本公园未必能够处理申请。
   The provision of personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide sufficient information, Hong Kong Wetland Park may not be able to process your application.
